Najarra knew what she wanted to pursue in her life at the age of was three. From her childhood she was modeling, and playing on stage shows in the local area. Najarra continued to take part in plays and musicals through the remainder of her teenage years. Her first appearance on the big screen at the age of ten and was a co-star in "Menace". Najarra's performance on the Sundance and Cannes prize-winning "Me And You, and Everyone We have Come to Know" in 2005 drew attention from all over the world.
